At PLASTINOV, the design and industrialisation of composite parts are handled by a multidisciplinary design office comprising around twenty engineers and technicians. Our team comprises Project Managers, Design Engineers and Production Technicians, all specialising in the development of lightweight, high-performance composite structures for demanding sectors, notably aerospace, automotive, transport and technical sports.
We support our clients from the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) stages onwards, incorporating innovative RTM, infujection, infusion and vacuum wet-lay-up moulding solutions. This approach enables us to optimise mechanical performance, structural lightness and industrial reproducibility, whilst complying with the regulatory and standards-related requirements specific to the aerospace sector.
Two types of projects are handled as required:
- Built to Print: manufactured in accordance with the client’s plans and specifications.
- Built to Spec: comprehensive design and bespoke development, incorporating innovation and the optimisation of composite materials and processes.
