The group’s dual objective is the development of each division through organic growth and the acquisition of new companies.
2007 - Acquisition of Plastinov by F.Baumann. Technological development is directed to the design of self-heating molds and epoxy processes on the blades of 30 m. A wish to position itself in the market of green power.
